2. Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments made for services provided by Oraenx.com are non-refundable once the service has commenced. This is because the work involved requires significant resources, time, and effort, and once services are initiated, results and campaigns begin to roll out.
However, refunds may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If Oraenx.com fails to initiate the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe, and no work has begun, a refund may be considered.
- Duplicate Payment: In the event of a duplicate payment being made due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount promptly.
All refund requests must be made in writing to support@oraenx.com. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.
Note: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- Before Service Commencement: If you wish to cancel your order before we have commenced work on your project, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund. Requests for cancellation must be sent to support@oraenx.com.
- After Service Commencement: Once a service has been initiated, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided. Services are considered to have commenced once Oraenx.com begins any form of work on the project, including but not limited to research, setup, campaign execution, or communications related to the service.
- Ongoing or Recurring Services: For ongoing or subscription-based services, you may cancel future services at any time by providing written notice to support@oraenx.com. Please note that cancellation of future services will not affect any work already completed or in progress, and no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation:

- Your name and contact information.
- The service(s) purchased and the date of purchase.
- The reason for your refund or cancellation request.
We will review your request and provide a response within 5 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Services:
The following services are non-refundable:
- Any services for which work has already commenced.
- Press release distribution services once the press release has been published or distributed.
- One-time digital marketing services (e.g., social media promotions, SEO audits) that have already been delivered.
